Corrections
We reserve the right to amend the terms of this Agreement at any time by notifying you in writing or electronically (counting without limit, by email or by posting a notification on the Service that the terms have been "refreshed" or comparable words). The advancements will also appear in this log, which you can check at any time by going to the agreements interface on the types of help. By using a Service after changes to this Agreement have been made, you imply that you agree to be bound by those changes.
To purchase a membership to our blog or any other content, object, or service offered by us through the Service for a fee, you must be 18 years old or older.
If you're under the age of 18 and need to make a purchase, if it's not too much bother, ask your parent or watchman to complete the transaction for you.
You agree to pay the membership fees and any other charges incurred in connection with your record for a Service (including any applicable assessments) at the rates in effect at the time the costs were incurred. If your membership includes access to areas with premium content or services, your access to those areas may be subject to additional fees or agreements that will be disclosed separately in those areas. Unless you pay via money order or online exchange, we will bill all charges to your credit/Visa card. Subscription fees will be applied to the commencement of your membership as well as any subsequent reactivations. All expenses and levies, in general, are non-refundable. At our exclusive discretion, we claim the full authority to grant discounts or credits.
We may expect you to enroll in order to gain access to and use some of our local area areas. For these local area regions, we recommend that you use your actual first and last name as your client name. With few exceptions, we will pre-fill your client name with your own name when you register for certain local area regions. It is your responsibility to choose your secret word wisely and ensure that it is kept safe.
User or Client Content.
We provide you with the opportunity to comment on and participate in discussions about our Content. Any information, data, graphics, sound, photographs, and connections you submit as part of creating your profile or in conjunction with any of the preceding activities are referred to as "Client Content" in this Agreement and are subject to the various agreements set forth below.
You understand and agree that User Content consists of information, opinions, feelings, and suggestions from a variety of people and organizations, and is meant to aid you in gathering the information you need to make your own decisions. You are ultimately responsible for your own speculating decisions, as well as for properly deconstructing and checking any facts you intend to rely on. We do not agree with any client's proposal or assessment.
We don't screen, edit, or audit User Content on a regular basis. Nonetheless, we reserve the right to review or remove any User Content from the Services at any time and without prior notice. You should also be aware that different clients may use our services for personal development. As a result, nice methodological messages should be viewed with caution. Client Content could be misleading, deceptive, or inaccurate.
Any principles presented by our blog on a Forum should be followed by all clients. You are not permitted to:
Post, link to, or otherwise distribute any Messages that contain obscene, bigoted, homophobic, or chauvinist material, or that contain any form of can't stand talk;
Any Messages that infringe on copyright should not be posted, connected to, or distributed in any way.
Post, connect to, or otherwise distribute any Messages that are illegal, aggressive, derogatory, or could bias ongoing judicial procedures or violate a court direction or other request;
Post, link to, or otherwise share any Messages that are damaging, defamatory, or constitute a personal attack on another client or a representative of our blog;
Repeatedly post a similar message, or one that is substantially the same as the previous one;
Post or, in any event, distribute any Messages that are unrelated to the Forum or its purpose;
Post, link to, or otherwise distribute any Messages containing any form of advertisement or promotion for labor or products, as well as any chain Messages or "spam";
Post, connect to, or otherwise distribute any Messages that contain propositions to buy or sell a specific security, or that reveal confidential data from another party, or that have the goal of influencing the price or worth of any security;
Disguise the start of any Messages;
Imitate any individual or substance (including our blog representatives and Forum visitors) or distort any relationship with any individual or element;
Post or communicate any Messages that contain programming viruses, records, or code designed to disrupt, destroy, or limit the usability of the Site or any PC programming or equipment, or any other potentially harmful component;
Collect and store the information of other clients, as well as
Limit or prohibit the use of the Forums by another client.
