Key tasks & responsibilities
- Design experiments, execute and troubleshoot for the desired outcome
- Develop protocols and assays using eukaryotic cells
- Microdissection of tissues
- Culture and maintain different eukaryotic cell types
- Determine cell attributes using microscopy/FACS
- Study functional response through protein-protein interactions
- Proper documentation of experiments and maintaining thorough records
- Ability to use small equipment following standard safety measures
- Insect rearing and handling
